I believe sometime in August! But they opened it up pretty early last year so just keep checking jmu's FSL website 👍🏼

This is the wrong place for you to be if you are looking at soroities or asking questions as a PNM. This website is full of catty and nasty remarks about people. If you want a good idea of a sorority meet them in person when you rush. Also go to the jmu FSL website (google it) and you can register there.
