for pnm's

okay so here is the ranking going into recruitment and a little about each house:
TOP=
SK: very very very social and hot but also have raised money for their philanthropy, not well-liked by many because of their snobby, "better than you" attitude
ZTA: not as social as SK but still very social, majority are hot and have good personalities but have some that are either snobby or weird
Tri Sig: very hipster and a little out there but social, have gone down hill a little bit but still mix with good frats
Tri Delta: pretty and nice but don't get too much attention as a whole from frats, more just individuals

MID=
ASA: used to be top but their mean personalities have brought them down, still mix with good frats though
APHI: try really hard to be top but not quite there, have some really cool/hot girls but also have a lot of really weird ones
Phi Mu: nice girls who mix with mid tier frats, don't really hear much about them but do a really good job with thon
Theta: basically same as Phi Mu really just your preference between the two

BOTTOM=
AST: partiers but don't really get attention from top frats, more middle/bottom but definitely know how to have a good time
Gamma Phi: fairly new so they're still building their rep but have some cool girls and majority are really nice
ADPi: really nice girls but don't hear too much about their philanthropy
DG: nice girls and they do well with anchor splash but they don't have the best rep on campus

While you're not necessarily wrong, please let the PNMs go in with an open mind!! There's something great about every chapter and tiers/reputations don't matter as long as you've found your home.

I mean if they're on this site they don't really care about going in with an open mind. This is exactly what they want lol

You're absolutely right that this is what they want. My biggest mistake as a PNM was looking at this website because I was not myself during recruitment and that didn't help me. Obviously I found my home, but I wish I didn't have these preconceived notions.
