Tbh most frats have jam packed parties as often as ka, ato, and pike. Most frats have girls in top sororities that like their parties and a lot of frats have decent looking guys. You'll have differing opinions depending on who you ask but in the end it always comes down to personality, housing, and philanthropy (anything that makes them stick out). You'll hear about Pike's parties, KA's rose bowl, Pikap's greenhouse, Sig Ep's daydrinks, LXA's pumpkin bust, Fiji's huge house, and so on. Delta Sig just doesn't really stick out with any of those things so it kind of makes them irrelevant. Nothing personal against Delta Sig but just saying it how it is.

They do get some hate for no reason. They have made some solid improvements with philanthropy by doing their dog days, killing it in athletics, and had two good pledge classes this year. Also stay out of trouble and seem to be good guys. Do need to work on housing and sorority relations though. They have a lot of work to do but seem to be on the right track.
