My roommate pledged last fall and brought me to a party or 2 in the spring and this fall. The guys were really cool and funny and down to earth, the older guys were kinda mean to some of the people they kicked out but they just do that for fun and don't actually hate them. They chicks were way too hot for me to even hit on, overall I love it there. If i ever rushed i would rush sigma chi but sadly i will continue the life of a GDI

Very social fraternity, mix with the best sororities. Surprisingly haven't been kicked off campus yet, should give Delta Chi some tips. Top five fraternity (on campus) to rush along with PIKE, ATO, Sig Nu and KA. Great basement. Decent pledge class this year, not the best looking or funnest but definite leaders in the future for them so that's probably what they were going for so they won't get kicked off. May lose their house soon because JMU wants to expand and has bought the land around them.

People try to hate on them but everyone knows the truth, sigma chi is on the top along with KA and followed by ATO. The other frats dont choose to accept it but its true. I'm not in one of the better sororities but my roommate is and theyre always mixing with sigma chi. They mix with the top sororites and have the best parties theres no doubt that theyre on top with KA. People try to say that the top 3 includes ATO but their parties just dont compare to some of the parties I've seen at sigma chi

Really not a big fan of sigma chi, but the fact they are this low is ridiculous. They are definitely in the top five with DX, ATO, KA, and Pike

Ask any sorority at jmu and they will tell you that sigma chi is the best or top 3. If you are hating on this fraternity thennn you probably don't even go here
