Sigma Chi was kind of middle tier, but they just lost their house to Younglife. So any rep they might have gotten for their house is completely gone.

So much crap has happened this past year with these men. The Butters incident, not having enough pledges to stick around and now losing their main house for next year. Such a shame. Damn did they take a hit this year. I wonder what they will do to improve from this mess.

They have a house. Pretty much all they have going for them and with the way Harrisonburg PD is cracking down on major venues, having a big party house isn't going to be all that great soon anyways. Not to mention their most recent pledge class. In summary: good organization, nice house, everything else they got is either average or below.

Used to be better, but, they are still really good. They have gone through a lot of stuff the past year, specifically the butters incident and losing their house. This does not reflect the people in the fraternity. Not only did the older brothers kick out the two guys when it happened, but most of the brothers now in Sigma Chi were in high school when it happened. They are basically paying for the mistakes that the Sigma Chis of 2010-2012 ish made.
