Sigma Chi - ΣΧ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.2 Upper tier (mostly through reputation alone). Falling fast because of a series of bad scandals and terrible rush weeks. They lost their house (which was their biggest asset) to Young Life of all groups as well as just simply poor performance on just about every front.
