Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 4.2 Met them earlier this year for the first time and they were overall friendly guys. They know they aren't top tier, but they are striving to become better. Personally, I like their tight-knit brotherhood, even though they aren't big. I could see why people wouldn't want to rush them though due to their size.
