Delta Chi - ΔΧ Fraternity at James Madison University - JMU 3.8 Definitely upper tier. They have very awkward parties, but make up for it in every other category. Good southern gentlemen right here. Expect good PC's from them in the future. If they don't get in trouble, they will remain top tier for a long time.
