In house costs for Frats

Hi there, I was just wondering what living in house costs per quarter and how much it varies, thanks!

All frats tend to be under 600$ a quarter in a normal year. The only house that breaks that rule is ZBT, they pay a lot- especially new members. Supposedly they pay so much more as a result of their house.

I’m not in ZBT though so someone is more than welcome to correct me.
