Sig Ep and ATO: Oldest houses with the most connections outside of undergrad, liked by girls (STAY)
SNu: Was considered the creepy quad house but bounced back this year (RISING)
Zete: Athletes and surfer bros, highest GPA (STAY)
Sig Chi: Took over ZBT's quad house so lots of opportunities if they play their cards right (RISING)
Kappa Sig: Not too many connections with sororities, good house (STAY)
AGO: Christian frat lol (STAY)
DTD: Weak membership, weird members that try too hard, known as the creepy house (DROPPING)
