do Sophomores rushing sororities in fall next year have a disadvantage compared to freshman?

They have quotas they have to meet for each grade level, so sophomores are by no means at a disadvantage. Only thing is most of the girls rushing are freshman and junior transfers so not many sophomores do rush.
