can cc kids rush frats?

my friend from high school told me he's rushing this week to be in a frat but he goes to cc. is that allowed? lol im confused

Yeah no...he’s lying. He can’t rush a frat that is associated with UCSB if he doesn’t go here...

Usually lower tier frats take sbcc kids because UC kids that they would want would never join. Ksig probably does.
