joining a fraternity as a senior

Well 3 years came and went at UCSB and I never rushed a fraternity. I always thought about rushing, but I kept putting it off due to school and other superficial reasons. Now that this is supposed to be my last year I realize that I really want to be part of fraternity. I know it is a bit late, but do I have any reasonable chance of getting a bid?
