House has been on the up the past 2 years. Definitely near top or becoming top because of how genuine and fun they are. They don’t care about what others think

i think it’s the opposite. they were known for being a really cool and genuine house a few years ago. the last two pcs have dragged them down and girls who joined wanting that authentic sisterhood have mostly all dropped. they don’t deserve hate but def not a top house either. they have the potential to come back

Go through waves of being top then mid. Depends on the PC but would say overall pretty top. Super involved group that are nice and can talk to anybody

Good house. Not sure about newest PC but they are very involved and like to have fun. Very cool girls who are actually nice. Not like the stereotypical mean APHI girls

Good House and definitely climbing the ranks compared to the other houses. Used to be mid but honestly top now. They are better than most other houses now.

mm know they’re falling and want to be top sorority so bad. let’s talk about it… if Theta was a pretty or even nice sorority they would not care about rankings and would naturally be top.
