Or top tier but I don't think anyone's ever thought that, only reason people don't wanna call them middle tier is cuz they're new I think. Honestly I think the only ones who don't like them are they guys because the girls I've heard from never have anything BAD to say. Idk, time will tell very soon for this house.

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 1.0 These guys aren't that bad but Greek Rank should at least be somewhat accurate. the only way to counter all the self ranking is giving them a score like this. sig nu is no where near the top, or even the middle. Correct me if I'm wrong that sig nu is not top house?

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.0 What I like about this house is that they make sure everything they do is really high quality. They know what they're doing PR-wise and have some pretty strong leaders in the house. I've never had a bad time there, and met some chill guys. They're new, but I can definitely see them coming back way stronger next year. They've come a long way from being a colony last year, and I give them props for that.Obvi there's a higher number of strange guys, but they can't be as selective as other houses

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.4 I attended an open party a couple weeks ago and had a blast with my girls. The guys for the most part were respectful and knew how to have fun. I'm excited to see how they grow with time. Thank you for walking me home!

Sigma Nu - ΣΝ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.4 I love these guys. They're the least douchy and most genuine frat on campus. Their brotherhood shows when they compete against other frats. I've never heard negative feedback from girls, mostly positive and some neutral. Definitely on the rise.
