Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.5 is a house full of pretty boys. They are either really good friends with girls and talk to them during parties, but if you do not personally know them, good luck...they won't go up and talk to you. Definitely a top house though. They just need to throw more parties.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.0 this house. The nicest/best looking guys in my opinion. Most girls do not like them, because they do not try. Once they start throwing more parties they will be the best for sure.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 2.3 yes they're hot, or at least some of their older guys are. I've seen guys in their letters around campus that I'd be embarrassed to say were in SAE. They have no presence at events and they're not involved. Honestly just not very friendly. Too bad.
