Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 4.2 Phi sig is always a great time. The guys are fun and just want to chill. They don't give off any creepy vibe like some other houses. Their house is super fun to party at but it gets REALLY HOT. Like. Sweatin bullets. Aside from that, they're an awesome group of people that are great guy friends too.
