Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 2.0 one of the lowest frats at ucsb, the last 5 years they have been known for sucking. coming from a member of one of the top houses, we honestly have no idea whats going on with these guys. HOWEVER, apparently they have a really strong pledge class and the younger top 3 pledges classes (aphi, piphi, dg) seem to like them. As much as I hate to say it, their future is promising despite being probably the lowest house on the list for so long
