Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.4 i'm not the biggest fan of phi sig, but they definitely deserve to be above what they are. they're middle tier for sure. i'd say upper middle.

Attractive sure, but rude. They think they're better than everyone else, when there are a lot of other houses that are better than them. Girls either love them, or hate them.
