Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.4 i'm not the biggest fan of phi sig, but they definitely deserve to be above what they are. they're middle tier for sure. i'd say upper middle.

Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of California, Santa Barbara - UCSB 3.0 Middle tier house. These guys definitely know how to party, but a lot of them are super rude. Attractive sure, but rude. They think they're better than everyone else, when there are a lot of other houses that are better than them. Girls either love them, or hate them.

Most of the hot guys have girlfriends but they are still really fun. they think they are better than everyone when they aren't though, which is off-putting at times.
