Nightlife at FIU?

What's up everyone..
I'm a college bar owner and am looking into opening something at FIU. I plan on heading down to Miami soon, but was hoping you all could give me a little info about the nightlife before I go down there.
What's the nightlife like at FIU? Are there any specifically COLLEGE bars, or does everyone just go out to the big Miami clubs? If so, what are they?
Are there any places for people under 21 to go?
