They have a more advanced member education program called the Balanced Man Program. It is better than a pledging model because it focus on development throughout your whole time in college and not just one semester when you join.

Just a bunch of stuck up rich kids, with nothing better to do but bash everyone else. They truly feel important and hated on, when in reality people just hate them. Definitely not Top tier, barely even that, when the 3 top tier fraternities are suspended off campus.

Gotta hand it to them. Took a few years to get back on top (given, 3 other frats were kicked out). But they’ve been doing a great job recently. Y’all keep hating, but these kids are doing most things right AND aren stupid enough to get kicked off. Keep it up!

These guys aren't even top tier when the top frats left. They try so hard to be frat stars and are threatened by fraternities that don't even exist anymore. Will never be top tier when they give out bids to everyone.

I still don’t understand how the top fraternities are gone and y’all still manage to be whack as ever. Sigex was live, but you guys are pompous wanna be “frat stars” who just snitch on other frats. Y’all are whack, don’t ever think otherwise

As a former SigEx I got to hand it to these guys, they're back. So what they're private school kids, but they've been throwing lately and they just keep getting better from what I hear. At the end of the day, SigEp was top before and they'll always come back
