Rushing now. I went to Phi Delt's event. They have some major plans comming up in fall and heard really good things about their parties. Left soon after and went to Pi Kapp. They had a really fun event, and they are also top tier with parties, but after knowing that they have the worst GPA and that there is a possible social probation, i was discuraged. Met Sammy guys today and I don't get good vibes from them at all. Going either Pi Kapp or Phi Delt!

Not much yet. A lot of their members are kids that were dropped from other fraternities or didn't get bids. They are pretty awkward but have money to throw decent parties.

failed at AXO pageant, but have had good parties. need more campus involvement. some of them are goobs. need to see more from them for them to be top tier.

These guys def. know how to throw a party! AOPi's post is on point, THEIR FOOD is <3. They need to be more involved on campus and I've yet to see them do fundraisers for their philanthropy. If they do more things on campus, raise funds for their philanthropy, and keep up with their fun parties, they would be top tier for sure!

It's still too early to tell if they will be top or middle tier. They've had really great parties (love the food and their djs) and are really getting their name out there. For a colony, they are quickly on the rise. Can't wait to work with them at homecoming!

Getting to know them after the 2nd event. Ive read in alot of discussions where they are called rejects from other frats and that theyre goobs. Honestly, these guys want to bring more attention to college life and involvement rather than the commuter mindset. The guys ive met so far are pretty cool and some girls ive talked with say their parties are good and well funded. I agree that they need to be more involved, but after talking with them, theyre going to do big things on campus in fall
