They’re okay, definitely dropped a bit. A lot of them are nice girls just no one wants to be a phi mu..

like every house, they have really genuine great girls and a handful of rude girls. it’s literally what you get when you join greek life. here’s some advice: stop stereotyping an entire house based on a small group of girls or bad experiences. i’m sure plenty of the new pc has created issues but a lot of the new pc is great and friendly. also if you care about who’s “top house” or “bottom house” you should focus on the people within.
