Are any of the frats without houses good at OSU?

Sigma Tau Gamma just recently came to OSU and all the guys are great! From a female perspective, they are one of the most respected and gentlemen-like fraternities on campus.

i'm a rushee and have met with one of the frats that don't have houses. They seem alright. Ok. State makes having a house really important for some reason. My dad went to UF and some frats did not have houses and were respected.

I heard Sig Tau Gamma had zero brotherhood though so don't expect a lot if you talk to em.
