Rush for fraternities 2020

Everybody at dub v be telling me to rush the frats that are not associated with the school, can somebody tell me why that is?

They tried to redeem themselves through service but bailed out. Got critism from a frat involved and even the sorority was skeptical of inviting. Then there was some cleanliness issues with the house. They are just alright.

Some of the newer ones are more lax with picking guys as long GPA is met. Trying to meet quota and such. Get a few guys who don’t really feel like frat guys. The not associated have been here for a while and know what’s up. Some not associated throw great parties. But hey an associated can be good if parents ask a lot as service stuff.

You don’t have to deal with the strict rulings from school if you rush a dissociated frat. Just go wherever you feel comfortable and have a good time.
