Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 2.8 Not many people know much about them because they don't have a house, but Ive met several of their brothers and they're all really cool, well rounded guys. Give them a few more years and Im sure they'll be up there.
