Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 3.6 They may not have a house, but this is my absolute favorite fraternity to go to. Their parties are always tons of fun, the boys are total sweethearts, and they are down to party any day with anyone. If they could get a house, they would be top tier in no time.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.0 I've been hanging with these boys for a while now and they are adorable! I've never felt so comfortable around a fraternity. These boys take cure of eachother and anyone that comes are and there new pledge class is bangin!!! Keep it up phi delt!

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.0 Best kept secret on campus! Always have great parties and are so nice to girls. Their house is always full of AOPi and Pi Phi groupies. Not a bad thing. Good to see they are close with other Greeks.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 3.4 This is an honest rating. These guys aren't a top tier frat. But they some are really handsome and I've met a ton that are so sweet. They aren't having huge parties and they don't have a huge rush. But they're a close frat and treat each other like brothers. No drama no bs. They seem like a bunch of nice, genuine guys! I wish my sorority would have out with them!

People who are actually in Greek life don't really consider them a real fraternity..phi delt does not have a house, doing literally nothing on campus. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.2 I know a few phi delts and they are all cool guys. Smaller fraternity but definitely fun house parties. Give them a few years to grow and they will be top tier.
