Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 2.8 Bottom tier. That part is undeniable. Hardly active in the community and still relatively unknown, though that is improving with the house. Parties not great. One of the smallest membership numbers on campus. Not great social relations but more than most assume. Got one of the better pledge classes this spring. Most of the ones I know of (which isnt many) are quite attractive. Bottom tier for sure but underrated in some ways and could rise soon.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.8 Not the same frat you thought of last year. The house did a lot for them . Can't say they are where they should be but they are definitely on a rise and momentums looking good. Smaller chapter but have one of the sickest mansions. Definitely great brotherhood cause they seem very close and being small allows everyone to have a voice

Not the same frat you thought of last year. The house did a lot for them . Can't say they are where they should be but they are definitely on a rise and momentums looking good. Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.2 In all honestly I don't like hanging here cause I barely know them . But from what I've seen they are the most active frat that DOESNT have a house . I know from my boyfriend in ifc they have the most socials of all non housed frat . They hang out with my sorrority which is easily a top tier . I heard they haven't had a social with Pi phi cause I live with one in a while but they used to all the time . Bottom line , there's bigger frats to roast
