Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 1.0 We had a social with them last semester. It was really bad and not because they didn't have a house, it was because of some of the guys in the fraternity. There is a very clear line on who is "good" in the frat and who are not up to par. But also the frat as a whole do not know what true brotherhood looks like. They are not as bad as Fiji or KA but they could definitely use a wake up call.
