Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 4.5 One of them helped me move into my dorm and then I saw him at their frat party. Everybody was super nice and really just wanted to have a good time! I was iffy on going to a frat, but I'm glad I did because they all made me feel super comfortable and they weren't typical dbags you think frat boys are
