Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 3.8 Throw down the best and most. Majority of the brothers are welcoming and nice. Only negative thing I have to say is I'm tired of getting the stink eye from the die hard groupies that flock there.
