Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at West Virginia University - WVU 2.6 These guys are a complete joke. They're all from the Long Island area. It's not a true brotherhood. Going downtown Tuesday-Saturday with gelled hair and button downs doesn't represent a fraternity. Compare this fraternity to a fraternity at Alabama or Ole Miss ha. These guys just party. That's all they're good for..
