Definitely not a top tier Frat. If they get a house it can be possible but anything is, right? Chill dudes, don't fight with each other, minor friend groups in several sororities but no specific one. Parties are kinda lame to be honest but it's hard to compete when all they can do is have house parties. Mostly stick to themselves and definitely need to get consistent sorority relations.

They deserve a little bit more respect. I have seen them make more of an impact in a year then most initial Fraternities and I've been here for too long. Strong brotherhood and have found a way to maintain it without belittling their younger brothers. They've been here a year and are already getting a house. That should say something. Now I don't think they are currently a top tier Fraternity. However, they have a lot of upside and ambition which should translate into more success in the future.

These fraternity brothers are almost equivalent to the most socially awkward kids ever and they stole KAs composite. Obviously will not result in very good neighbor relations next year. Cant wait to see you guys try and steal from KA again.

Partied with some of the brothers last night. They were pretty chill and weren't weird like other Fraternity's brothers I met. Trying to rush them this Spring...the new house doesn't hurt either! Told me they have a bunch of money to renovate it too

Alright dudes. Definitely have guys there that are not Frat but they're not douches. Pretty middle of the pack until they get that house. Nothing bad to say but nothing all that great.
