Based on different opinions that I've heard from Greeks and outsiders.

I'd flip #2 and #3 for the boys and the girls both. Alpha Gam and Phi Mu are about even but I'd still pick AGD. For the guys Sigma Chi is way ahead of Lambda Chi. They both got great pledge classes so that could even out but we'll see

from a greek perspective I understand the way the fraternities are rated, however, non greeks almost always put Sigma Chi and Lambda Chi in the bottom pair because they aren't as accepting as other fraternities. sorority wise non greeks all say DZ is HOT but thats about it. the majority of DZ are self centered and act like they're here on daddy's money.
