Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 2.6 lots of nerds but some cool guys. base their frat on a "frat house" that int even a frat house just a crappy house on annibelle. they are basically kids who didn't get bids to top tier frats so they just all trickle down to here. just so average it hurts.
