Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.8 I honestly love pikapp we always have so much fun when we go to their parties and the guys are great. They have parties every weekend so if you're saying that they don't you're probably just not invited. I've definitely seen them move up.
