Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 4.2 definitely the frat to watch out for. this sounds like a self rank but they really do have a disproportionate amount of hot guys vs. other mid tier frats and seem to want to succeed more than other frats... probably due to how new they are. I don't see them becoming the next sig nu/sig ep or anything but they definitely have potential to become kap sig / sig pi level within the next year or two

Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.8 It's pretty funny the kind of pushback a chapter gets for doing well for themselves. Props to my boys in Phi Psi for keeping it real. They need to get more involved around campus if they're gonna make some real claims to success. But I'm impressed with the strides they've made over the last two years.
