Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 4.0 their present thing at the end of the semester was cute. i like their house. never had problems getting into parties but the again i always get a ticket. a lot of dudes sometimes.

Phi Sigma Kappa - ΦΣΚ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.0 their parties could be great if they didnt turn away girls at their house on benny. guys need tickets, ladies dont. but when they do lighten up and start letting girls in it is a lot more fun. the guys are nice they've come a long way.
