Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at University of Delaware - UD 3.4 Cigs (as they shall be known henceforth) got in trouble with the school for less than ideal things. They lost the best house on campus and now they'll start to decline. However, I doubt they'll ever be below Pi Kapp or Theta Chi.
