individual rankings may be slightly fluid and certainly debatable, but this one is just straight up wrong... there's no way KD should be in a separate tier from KKG and AEPhi (unless it's one below them tbh)

last two comments are feeling salty, sorry KD, KKG is top and you're not. Chi O shouldn't even be ranked yet because they just go their charter class last month.

This is completely accurate. I can see why people are hesitant to call DPhiE middle but with Chi O's addition it's a fair placement
