Tier 1: Sigep / Delt - Top frats on campus that are pretty big. Throw the most often and consistently bangers. Guys are also great quality and have strong brotherhoods. Mix with top sororities.
Tier 2. Kappa Sig / Pike / Aepi - Lower top frats that are good quality. Throw pretty often and mix with good sororities. Strong brotherhoods as well and quality guys.
Tier 3. Beta / Fiji / Phi Delt - Upper mid tier/mid tier frats. Strong brotherhoods and throw well but not as often. They are smaller than the T1/T2 frats but have quality guys nonetheless, although some weird guys too. Mix with similar decently good sororities.
Tier 4. DKE / Pikapp - Lower mid range frats. They are smaller and have decent brotherhood. Some quality guys but also a lot of weird guys. Throw decent amount, Dke more so (or atleast they self promote more on side chat). Mix with lower tier sororities.
Tier 5. BGE / ZBT/ AKS - Bottom tier frats that people don’t hear much about. Very small and hardly throw, if they do people don’t come. Recruit the leftovers/rejects of the other frats. Hardly mix with sororities if at all.

Tier 1 is solid, think Kap Sig could be pushed up in there with them, don’t think anything has really happened to say they deserve to fall to Tier 2.
Pike/Aepi are solid Tier 2s. Being off campus, I think Pike just always has to stay at Tier 2 but they are definitely above Aepi.
I’d agree with Tier 3/4 standings as well. I think over the next year FIJI could fall a bit and DKE could go up, depends on their pledge classes. Feel like Beta is comfortable where they’re at and Phi Delt really wants to push to Tier 2. Pikapp was just kind of a mess this year with them getting punished for hazing, they didn’t take a fall pledge class and didn’t throw much, they’re stuck at Tier 4 for now in my eyes.
Tier 5 is all correct, I might even create a Tier 6 for ZBT just by themselves, truly bottom of the barrel in terms of men, didn’t even have a fall pledge class.
