Thoughts on AKS

They’re not a nationally recognized fraternity which is why they’re not on Greekrank. Means they don’t have to pay nationals dues which is nice and therefore they have some of the cheaper dues on campus. They’re one of the smaller frats and less “fratty” then some of the bigger ones (KS, Pike, Sig Ep), but everyone I know in it joined because that’s what they wanted and feel like they fit in well. They have parties and socials and formal but don’t mix that much with the top sororities. Really just depends what you’re looking for, not one of the “top tier” frats, but I don’t think they necessarily try to be.

agree with this! all of them i've met are very genuine and are there for the purpose of being together. close knit v nice guys
