They will tell you what to wear for each day. It gets gradually nicer as the days go on--first day is usually T shirts or something, second day is a bit nicer and so on. You'll probably wear sundresses or cute tops for the middle two days, and then the last day is the most formal so you'll wear a nice dress. You can wear heels but make sure you'll be comfortable standing in them for long periods of time.

Everything will be told to you at informational sessions before recruitment, and if you need further clarification afterwards, there will be girls called "rho gammas" to help you and give you advice throughout the recruitment process. I texted pictures of outfits to my rho gammas and they helped a lot
