Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Northeastern University - NEU 4.5 My friends and I only go to Phi Delt now because the guys actually talk to you. I don't know why people keep comparing them to SigEp but the sigep guys have the personality of a brick wall and cheat on their girlfriends. I love the phi delt parties now and the guys are nice and have a personality.
