I honestly feel bad for this sorority. They used to be top-tier like three years ago but have took some hard hits. All of the PNM's consider them a "backup backup" if they don't get either DG or Gphi. The girls come off as very fake, try-hard, in-genuine, straight-edge, and quite honestly desperate during recruitment. The top sororities are killing it already and have the best groups of girls on campus. All of the sorority darties that are hosted are always by DG or Gphi, and they always do four-ways with each other because they're the most fun and get along. Chi O will continue to decline this year, even their executive board predominantly wanted DG which is pretty ironic...hopefully you get some decent leftovers

DG and Gphi ALWAYS do four-way mixers with each other because they are similar and get along well. Notice that Chi O is never included and rarely mixes with other sororities because they aren't fun and don't get along with anyone. Definitely a middle-tier sorority who tries to "prove" that they're still relevant with their over-the-top social media presence and desperate attempts to steal PNM's from the top-tier sororities. Essentially the sorority who gets the leftovers from the better sororities and doesn't even meet quota or get an "ideal" pledge class. They try so hard to swing girls during rounds but it comes off as fake and ingenuine when all the girls seem uninterested and only ask surface level questions about majors and hometowns.

Definitely have established themselves as middle-tier. DG and Gphi are dominating recruitment this year and it looks like XO will have yet another year of not meeting quota. Maybe stop telling girls you wished you hadn't gone Chi O or that you didn't get a bid elsewhere...word travels fast.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Thought about rushing Chi O but after talking with girls in the sorority it’s pretty apparent they aren’t really a sisterhood. They’re all over social media but talk to any clique within it and they all are so divided, especially at mixers. A majority of the girls wanted DG or someone’s Gphi and didn’t get bids but somehow forget that. Most likely won’t meet quota again and will continue to lose girls to the top sororities.

It is a priviledge to be invited to join Chi Omega. It is the largest women's fraternal organization in the US. Chi O recruits strong, intelligent, independent women who want to feel free to be themselves. Chi Os are always diverse and hard working. Their current officers and leaders have amazing plans for recruitment and sisterhood events this fall! Haters always hate ~ we'll love ya anyway.

Random pledge classes for the past two years. Seem to have a good sisterhood but are so boring. Top tier two years ago. Looks are still good, but declining....

It's funny how planned the majority of these comments are. People clearly just seem pissed that Chi O is still and always will be top tier, regardless of whether or not the seniors are leaving. I never rushed because it wasn't for me, but I've never heard anyone say a bad word about a chi o girl and if i did, it was usually out of jealousy or bitterness for not getting a bid. Also, chi o is known for being down to mix with the majority of frats and they all love having chi o from what I've heard. Overall, great group of girls who I'd say are still one of the most relevant groups on campus.
