Is KA hate Legitimate?

As a frosh rushing is there a legit reason KA gets hate? Been around there and it seems like a fine mid tier but a lot of rankings put it bottom bottom. Is there a legit reason? Are they sus?

KA has a couple of problems. Too much infighting and inactive brothers. Also some guys are just creepy/touchy but KA keeps them around
