honesty if you’re interested just reach out to the recruitment chairs of all the chapters - the worst they can say is that they’re not doing COB and if they are doing it then they know you are looking into it

I know I’m one of a lot of girls that got absolutely screwed by formal recruitment. Can someone please please please share details about COB and the process and recruitment as a junior? This is literally the only place to get information and I know a lot of us have been really upset about being in this situation and have been super anxious about getting a spring bid or having to do recruitment all over again. Literally any and all info is so appreciated :)

honestly COB is a murky process. there’s no organized set of rules for COB, usually it’s a handful of organizations reaching out to a handful of pnms in the spring. most people who want to rush again have to wait until the next fall. wish it was better but this is the honest answer
