I think this is overall the nice girl sorority. Not to say that there aren't nice girls in other sororities, this just seems to be the general vibe. As with all groups there are girls that party and girls that don't. Definitely top tear.

What makes this house so special is the inclusivity. People try to bash AOII saying "it accepts everyone," as if that were a bad thing! What binds this house together is love and sisterhood, not skin-deep similarities that some houses have from shutting out everyone that doesn't fit a certain mold.
