Ahhh, Florida. This state knows how to party!
Phi Kappa Tau at UF is no different, making the list with their Oasis party. What made this party so amazing? The fraternity had over 60 Tons of sand shipped in and shoveled into their courtyard (pledge work of course) and created pools and waterfalls to transform their House into the ultimate Oasis getaway in Gainesville. This party is just crazy enough to make sure every member of the frat goes home by the end of the night with a companion.
